Kimberly Madsen-Thomas

Level School and Adult classes

Kimberly Madsen-Thomas has been dancing since the age of seven. She studied with Vicksburg Dance Studio, Mankato Ballet Company, and the Academy of Competitive and Performing Arts, as well as attending intensives with Ballet Magnificat!, The Academy of Russian Ballet, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, and the American College Dance Association. She has been teaching dance since 2004, including managing and choreographing for Terpsichore MSU Dance Theatre Company, Mississippi State University's ballet and modern dance troupe, from 2010-2013. In 2015, Kimberly appeared in "Pitch Perfect 2" as a member of Das Sound Machine. Kimberly is also a certified and practicing group exercise (AAAI-ISMA) and Yoga (AFAA) instructor.

Aimee Sanford

Hip Hop, Refit

Aimee Sanford grew up in a very musical family in the great town of Tupelo, MS (also known as the birth place of Elvis Presley!) While in Tupelo, she had several experiences that grew her love for the art of dance and music. Aimee had the opportunity to be involved in 4 years of competitive show choir, several singing groups, and dance at the studio of Sarah Karant. Later, while attending Mississippi State University, she taught Hip Hop classes at Dancing Feet Academy and choreographed numerous dances for her sorority, Delta Gamma. Since moving to the Jackson area Aimee has been called on to choreograph for several schools and college organizations.

Anne Elizabeth Buys

Recreational classes

Anne Elizabeth Buys is a Vicksburg native with sixteen years of dance training. She studied under Valerie Atwood at Vicksburg Dance Studio, Chesley Lambiotte at Vicksburg Performing Arts Company (VPAC), and Dolan Shoemaker while at Mississippi State University. With Vicksburg Dance Studio, she held lead roles such as "Clara" and the "Sugar Plum Fairy" in their productions of "The Nutcracker". While with VPAC, she performed on Broadway with Disney's "Dance the Magic". She also participated in various dance competitions and conventions such as VIP, Access Broadway, JUMP, and Tremaine. She received a scholarship at an N-House Productions intensive to the Broadway Dance Center in New York City. Anne Elizabeth was the 2013 Miss Mississippi's Outstanding Teen. During her year, her performance opportunities included being a featured performer in the 2013 Miss Mississippi Pageant, dancing on stage at Miss America and Miss America's Outstanding Teen, and performing in the "Show Me Your Shoes" parade on the boardwalk in Atlantic City. She was also a dancer in both the 2014 and 2015 Miss Mississippi Pageants.
